Halaman ini menerangkan cara pengguna boleh memohon pemadaman akaun dan data peribadi yang berkaitan dengan sistem Tarbiah Kreatif. Halaman ini disediakan untuk menyokong keperluan privasi pengguna dan pilihan login seperti Google, Facebook dan emel biasa.

1. Sistem Yang Diliputi

  • Portal Credential / Sijil Digital
  • Portal Peserta dan Alumni
  • Sistem Booking / Order Kursus
  • Sistem Verifikasi Sijil
  • Sistem Digital Badge
  • Akaun yang dicipta melalui Google, Facebook atau emel biasa

2. Data Yang Boleh Dipadam

  • Nama
  • Alamat e-mel
  • Nombor telefon
  • ID akaun portal
  • Maklumat profil social login
  • Rekod akaun peserta
  • Rekod permohonan sijil
  • Data sesi log masuk
  • Data profil pengguna yang tidak lagi diperlukan

3. Data Yang Mungkin Dikekalkan

Sesetengah data mungkin perlu dikekalkan untuk tujuan rekod, audit, undang-undang atau pengesahan sijil. Ini mungkin termasuk rekod sijil yang telah dikeluarkan, Credential ID, rekod verifikasi sijil, rekod transaksi atau komunikasi penting, serta rekod yang diperlukan untuk tujuan pentadbiran atau pematuhan undang-undang.

Jika data tertentu tidak boleh dipadam sepenuhnya, kami boleh menyahaktifkan akaun, menghadkan akses atau menyahpautkan maklumat peribadi daripada rekod awam jika sesuai.

4. Cara Memohon Pemadaman Akaun

Pengguna boleh memohon pemadaman akaun dengan menghantar emel ke izzuddin@tarbiahkreatif.edu.my.

5. Maklumat Yang Perlu Diberikan

  • Nama penuh
  • Alamat e-mel yang digunakan untuk log masuk
  • Platform login yang digunakan: Google, Facebook atau emel biasa
  • Credential ID atau Alumni ID, jika ada
  • Nombor telefon, jika pernah diberikan
  • Permintaan yang jelas sama ada mahu memadam akaun, memadam data tertentu atau menyahpaut social login

7. Proses Pemadaman

  1. Kami akan menyemak maklumat yang diberikan.
  2. Kami mungkin menghubungi pengguna untuk pengesahan identiti.
  3. Kami akan memproses permohonan dalam tempoh munasabah.
  4. Kami akan memaklumkan pengguna selepas tindakan selesai.
  5. Jika terdapat data yang perlu dikekalkan atas sebab rekod atau undang-undang, kami akan memaklumkan pengguna jika sesuai.

8. Pemadaman Social Login

Jika pengguna pernah log masuk menggunakan Google, Facebook atau emel biasa, pengguna juga boleh membuang akses Tarbiah Kreatif daripada akaun platform tersebut melalui tetapan privasi masing-masing. Pemadaman akses di platform pihak ketiga tidak semestinya memadam rekod yang telah wujud dalam sistem Tarbiah Kreatif. Untuk pemadaman rekod dalam sistem kami, pengguna perlu menghantar permohonan seperti dinyatakan di atas.

9. Pemadaman Facebook Login Data

Bagi pengguna Facebook Login, sila nyatakan bahawa akaun tersebut menggunakan Facebook Login semasa menghantar permohonan ke izzuddin@tarbiahkreatif.edu.my. Kami akan menyemak permohonan dan memadam atau menyahpaut data yang berkaitan selepas pengesahan identiti.

This page explains how users may request deletion of their account and personal data associated with Tarbiah Kreatif systems. This page is provided to support user privacy and social login integrations such as Google, Facebook and email login.

1. Systems Covered

  • Digital Credential / Certificate Portal
  • Participant and Alumni Portal
  • Course Booking / Order System
  • Certificate Verification System
  • Digital Badge System
  • Accounts created through Google, Facebook or email login

2. Data That May Be Deleted

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Portal account ID
  • Social login profile information
  • Participant account records
  • Certificate application records
  • Login session data
  • User profile data that is no longer required

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may need to be retained for record, audit, legal or certificate verification purposes. This may include records of issued certificates, Credential IDs, certificate verification records, important transaction or communication records, and records required for administration or legal compliance.

If certain data cannot be fully deleted, we may deactivate the account, restrict access or unlink personal information from public records where appropriate.

4. How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion by emailing izzuddin@tarbiahkreatif.edu.my.

  • Email address used to sign in
  • Login platform used: Google, Facebook or email
  • Credential ID or Alumni ID, if available
  • Phone number, if previously provided
  • A clear request stating whether you want to delete your account, delete specific data or unlink social login

7. Deletion Process

  1. We will review the information provided.
  2. We may contact the user to verify identity.
  3. We will process the request within a reasonable period.
  4. We will notify the user once the action has been completed.
  5. If certain data must be retained for record or legal reasons, we will inform the user where appropriate.

8. Social Login Data Deletion

If users have signed in using Google, Facebook or email login, they may also remove Tarbiah Kreatif’s access from the relevant platform’s privacy or account settings. Removing access through a third-party platform does not necessarily delete existing records in Tarbiah Kreatif systems. To delete records from our systems, users must submit a request as described above.

9. Facebook Login Data Deletion

For Facebook Login users, data deletion requests may be sent to izzuddin@tarbiahkreatif.edu.my. Please state that the account was created or accessed using Facebook Login. We will review the request and delete or unlink the related data after verifying the user’s identity.
